New Battle of Dragons in Kingdom Guard

Rush to the Valley of the Dragons

Greetings to everyone who plays the Kingdom Guard mobile game. This guide is for those who want to understand how to play the new dragon battle event. Now this event has changed a bit. If earlier this event was just a battle between two alliances that had to capture various buildings, now it is a battle for a big capture. So if you want to understand how the New Dragon Battle works, I’ll help you with that.

Let’s get to the bottom of the dragon battle in Kingdom Guard

Let’s start with the basics. To sign up for this battle, you need to choose a time that is convenient for the entire alliance to fight. This battle consists of 32 alliances participating and the battle lasts for 8 rounds until a winner is determined. The battle starts every month and lasts for almost 3 weeks. Each alliance participates in each battle regardless of whether it won or lost the previous battle. This determines the current place of the alliance in the ranking table. You are awarded the appropriate number of points for winning and losing, and at the end of the dragon battle cycle, your alliance’s ranking status is awarded. There is also an internal battle rating and a rating for all 8 battles. Accordingly, each has its own bonuses (you can find them in the corresponding rating and prize table). The more points you score by capturing and killing guards in dragon nests and battling another alliance, the more points you will receive and the higher you will be in the standings.

The essence of what the Battle of Dragons consists of

At the specified time, you go to the map where the battle of the dragons takes place. The round lasts 45 minutes. The essence of the game is to capture all the dragons’ nests. Whoever does it faster or captures more nests wins the battle (marked with a red square in the photo). Each dragon’s nest must be captured gradually, starting from the bottom right and ending with the top right. To increase your power, you can also capture elemental lords (the blue squares in the picture). They will give you bonus powers for your alliance.

What is the principle of capturing dragon nests

The map is divided into 9 dragon towers. The capture takes place along three lines of the Dragon’s Nests. There is a bottom line (red on the photo), a blue center line, and a green line as the top line. Each line is independent of each other. Therefore, you need to distribute the players so that they evenly along the three lines begin to capture the towers, starting with the first and continuing to capture the next tower (2 and 3).

You can move on to capture 2 dragon nests only after you have captured 1 nest of the corresponding line (top, middle and bottom). After the second tower, you capture the third nest. Each capture gives you 2 minutes of time and the first bonus of defense against hiding. For the enemy, the same principle is applied in reverse, starting with the third and moving on to the second and first, respectively.

If it is dusk as in the photo on the bottom (red line) on the third and second nest, then the following actions are taken. As you can see, the blue team took the first and second dragon’s nest, and the red team took the third. Accordingly, for the blue team, the goal is the third fortress, and for the red team, your captured 2nd nestIf it is dusk as in the photo on the bottom (red line) on the third and second nest, then the following actions are taken. As you can see, the blue team took the first and second dragon’s nest, and the red team took the third. Accordingly, for the blue team, the goal is the third fortress, and for the red team, your captured 2nd nest

Clash between alliances on a common nest

If it is dusk as in the photo on the bottom (red line) on the third and second nest, then the following actions are taken. As you can see, the blue team took the first and second dragon’s nest, and the red team took the third. Accordingly, for the blue team, the goal is the third fortress, and for the red team, your captured 2nd nest. The SHL takes place in this scenario. Here you need to actively defend and protect yourself.

Let’s look at the principle of the blue team on the bottom line. Blue needs to defend tower 2 and attack and capture tower 3. Red at this time wants to capture tower 2 and defend its tower number 3.

If the blue team starts capturing only tower number 3, they may lose capture time if the red team captures tower number 2. After capture, the capture countdown is added to the team that captures the tower at that time. The maximum capture time is 360 seconds. But you don’t have to hold it until the end. As soon as it matches your color, you can stop capturing it and move on to the next one.

If there is a battle between the nests, time is added to the team that captures the nest, or time is deducted if the capture comes from the opposite team. Therefore, be careful when capturing a nest, ask someone to stay there to add time to the capture, this will make it difficult for the enemy to quickly seize the initiative and capture another fortress.

Time to capture the Dragon Valley Fortress

When you capture it for the first time, you are granted a shield for 3 minutes and this fortress cannot be attacked, but after the time passes, you can conquer it again and gain capture time if you have at least one troop in your dragon fortress.

Points for the event and how to work as a team

The more you attack the guards in the fortress and the more you fight, the more points you will get. Therefore, you need to be very active in this event throughout the entire time.

Compete with your opponent, collect towers, and help others. Also, proper coordination between duo players is essential. You do not need to capture only one line, you need to capture evenly and very quickly. The first minutes of the battle are very important, so the more you capture, the faster you can capture your opponent’s towers
